PDX EXA!
500hr Movement-based Expressive Arts Education/Therapy Training Program
Free workshop called PDX EXA! -- Connect with like-minded people, share your work and learn about our unique training program in Portland.
People with diverse backgrounds/interests will find lots of ways to use this work in: education, health-care, body-based practices, mentoring, counseling and coaching.
This program is an opportunity to augment skills set with critical body psychology and creative arts therapy at a fraction of the cost of an expensive degree.

- Enhance your practice by integrating knowledge from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, trauma and attachment research
- Learn or refresh knowledge about anatomy and kinesiology in ways that encompass the emotional body
- Develop and enhance your ability to take care of the mental, physical and emotional person
- Get practical skills in creative arts therapy approaches so that you can appeal to the diverse learning styles of a wider population
