FIRST INFORMATION XI EDITION GRAN PREMIO INTERNAZIONALE DEL FOLKLORE 2013

After the success of the meeting in Budapest, I have the pleasure to inform you that the XI Edition of International Grand Prize of Folklore will take place in Valencia – Spain 20 to 23 August 2013.
Folklore groups, chorus and bands can participate to International Grand Prize.
The cost for the participation is:
1) € 98.00 per person which entitles hospitality in Hotel *** as follows:
August 20 Dinner and overnight;
August 21 Breakfast, dinner and overnight
August 22 Breakfast, dinner and overnight
August 23 Breakfast;
2) The program about the meals will be communicated as soon as possible.
3) If the group want to stay other days the cost for full board is €45,00 a day a person.
4) All the groups will have hospitality in hotels*** in rooms of 2/3/4 beds
The supplement for single room is € 20.00 € per person per day.
Also the friends of the members of the groups can participate.
The groups will realize a performance of 12 minutes.

1° account 5 May 2013 20%
2° account 30 June 2013 20%
3° account 5 August 2013 30%
BALANCE: It will be advisable to pay the full settlement with bank transaction before your
departure for Valencia to avoid to pay cash
