Csongrád
Hungary has no sea. Lake Balaton, the largest lake in Middle Europe, is called the Hungarian sea.
But there is a speciality: a river with its "beach".
In Csongrád, at the juncture of the Tisza and the Körös rivers, a huge sand beach has been formed, which is visited by thousands of tourists every year. The small town offers several cultural programs for its guests, among them the outstanding Dance and Music International Festival.
The ensembles will perform in Csongrád and nearby cities. They can hike to Szeged or Ópusztaszer, to the National Historical Memorial Park.
In addition to dancing, playing music, bathing and relaxing, they get to know the famous Csongrád wine.
Ensembles can sign up for this festival by the end of April.
