Centro Cultural "Miguel Angel Asturias" is a professional theater with a stage measuring 21 meters wide x 17 meters deep and seating capacity for 1,890 people.
This exciting trip from June 15 day of arrival in Guatemala, through June 20, 2016 day of return to the USA, will offer choreographers and excellent opportunity to present their work, network with directors, producers, other artists (hopefully, negotiate new engagements) and earn a share of the revenue from ticket sales of two performances.
We provide a complete production package which includes the theaters, lighting and sound, technical assistance, publicity, printed programs, box office, pre-show rehearsal arrangements, and five nights hotel accommodation based on two dance-artists sharing a twin room with private bathroom. All for $1,300.00 per person for solo, duets and trio performers. (airfare excluded).
Groups pay $2,500.00 for up to ten dancers (airfare and hotel accommodation excluded).
A not refundable deposit of $300.00 for solo performers and $500.00 for groups is due right away. The payment will be mailed in the form of a check in US dollars made payable to Dance-Forms Productions to our mailing address:

Interested choreographers will submit their supporting materials including their professional resume, color pictures in JPEG format, program notes and DVD of the work to be presented.
We encourage choreographers who are willing to invest in themselves, expand their knowledge of other cultures, promote their work abroad.
