a 4-day-3-nights camping for youth to learn Chinese, Western Folk, Jazz and Hip Hop in an intensive way. On top of these core dance discipline, a number of minor workshop like Bollywood, Modern and stage make up shall be provided to teenagers.

The Bauhinia Cup is held biennially catering for Hong Kong dance communities to compete on a professional setting. Given its high standard, our winners always receive invitation to participate other international contests and receive awards.

9-10/8/2016 International Bauhinia Cup Dance Championship @ Shatin Town Hall

The Bauhinia Cup International Dance Championships aims at providing a platform for distinctive dancers from Hong Kong, mainland and overseas to display their works as well as promoting cultural exchange in dance. Through the dance competition, dance experts and performers from over the world will gather in Hong Kong to present their new creations.  Their views will be broadened through appreciation and exchange of experiences in choreography and innovation. Not only will the inheritance and development of traditional dance culture in this era be explored, but also the cooperation between Hong Kong and international dancers be enhanced. The competition is considered an important cultural event in Hong Kong that promotes the territory to become a major dance cultural centre in Southeast Asia and the Asia Pacific Region in the near future. Professional and non-professional dance organizations are welcome to the competition.  Dance academies, dance companies are invited to recommend no more than 2 topnotch programmes for video audition.  Selected programme will join the Semi-finals to be held in early August in Hong Kong.
