The first private folk group in Bulgaria has been established in 1982, as a chamber formation, consisting of 9-20 performers, who dance, sing and play the traditional Bulgarian instruments. The variety of costumes and masks, the small number of performers, and the professionally presented humorous elements of the program, make the group preferred for concerts either on large or on small stages.
The performers have visited over 30 countries, presenting the best patterns of Bulgarian music and dance folklore. The priority of the “KOUKERY” group over other folk ensembles is its professionalism and the small number of performers, who make a wonderful folk show for the audience and for the specialists.
Creator and producer of the “KOUKERY” folk group is Tsetsko Kolev, graduate choreographer and producer.
* The “KOUKERY” folk group offers self-concerts (with personal sound devices) and programs on festival stages, in clubs, restaurants, on boards of ships, in social centers, in schools, at weddings and other private parties.
* Tsetsko Kolev teaches Ethnography and Choreography for the specialized classes of some Bulgarian schools. His book “Bulgarian folk Choreography” has been published, and used as a textbook allover Bulgaria.
* He has also carried on many seminars in Bulgarian Ethnography and Choreography in Germany, Russia, Italy, Hungary, France, Spain, USA, Poland. Organizes such seminars for foreigners in Bulgaria too, which are often connected with interesting demonstrations and tourist activities by interest – ethnographic complexes, nature reserves, churches and monasteries, mountain and sea-side resorts …

* Each team is entitled to have 3 group dances in each age and category and up to 4 solos, duos, trios.
PARTICIPATION FEE:
- € 5 per participant for each group dances. Members of BFSDD - 5 lev!
- SOLOS, DUOS, TRIOS 10 euros - for each dance and each participant. Members of BFSDD - 10 lev!
- Individual participants / without team/ with up to two performances - 30 euros. For every next dance + € 10
WORKSHOPS FOR THE ACADEMY "HARMONY AND POWER" - 5 lev for all participants accommodated by the organizers for all the rest - 20 lev per day. Members of BFSDD and BFTS - 3 lev, when visiting at least three days, by paying in advance for any declared.

They may attend of the above age, but not more than 2 years from the maximum age and be without visible big differences in growth of the bigger dancers . The calculation need to be made exactly in years and months - should not exceed the age limit.

!!! For a discrepancy of a particular choreography in a style the points will be reduced to the component "2" / composition and choreography /
* In a large number of participants in certain categories shall be carried qualifications and finals.
* When two or more dances from the same team in the same category all will be appraised by a jury but to the finals and distribution of cups and medals shall be taken the highest estimated performance.
- The music for the dance performances can be on CD or flash drive without other files on it.
- Dimensions of the stage: 12 x 12 meters.
- Allowed any masks and accessories, necessary to recreate the stage role.
- Not allowed live animals, flammable substances, sharp objects and scenery and props, leaving behind traces of scene that would prevent the next performers. The decor of each performance must be made before the execution for no more than 10 seconds and exported for 10 seconds after the Permitted help from outsiders for the decors.

Status: The Festival is part of a series of events in the program of the WSE 2015 Competitions. They are organized in Sofia and Primorsko. The festivals are included in the cultural program of Primorsko with the assistance of the mayor of the municipality.
Com Competitions on the WORLD STAGE EUROGRADE (WSE) are included in the cultural program of the town of Primorsko and in the cultural calendar of the Ministry of Culture and the calendar of CID (UNESCO).

Bulgarian Art and Folklore centre “Nestiya” have a pleasure to invite you to take part in the International art folklore festival “NESTIYA – SUNRISE OVER SURVEY” From 03.06.2016 till 05.06.2016 Cultural club “Izgrev”, city of Obzor and Folklore centre “Nestiya” will organize International art folklore festival “NESTIYA – SUNRISE OVER SURVEY”.
The festival will be held in city of Obzor – summer resort on Bulgarian Black Sea. In this event can take part arts and folklore ensembles and groups; dancing and vocal groups; soloists and instrumentalists from all over the world. This international event is looking to promote and share the folklore and traditions of different nations to strengthen the friendship and the identity of each country. The groups are suppozed to arrive in Obzor on 02.06.2016 till 14.00 o’clock. On 3th, 4th and 5th of June there are performances in Obzor or another Bulgarian Black sea resorts in the vicinity (open – air concerts). The departure of the groups will be on 6th of June till 12.00 o’clock.

The festival will be held in city of Tsarevo – summer resort on Bulgarian Black Sea. The training programme is divided into shifts:
1st shift - from July 3 to July 17, 2015 (receipt of applications before June 1, 2015)

REGULATION
In the festival can participate children folklore dance groups, vocal groups, instrumentalists and soloists.
Age group:
Age group of the festival is to 12 years.
CONDITIONS:
DANCE GROUPS:
- Don't have limit for the number of participants.
- The program of every group must to include own concert, and participation in the other mixed concerts with duration from 5 to 30 minutes.
VOCAL GROUPS AND SOLOISTS:
- The program must to include one song- a cappella, the other with music accompaniment- for participation in the mixed concerts with duration from 5 to 30 minutes.
- Note: It's recommended to be with live orchestra.
- Use of CD only with studio CD recording.
CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPATION:
Condition for participation in the festival is obligatory to fill an application form / application form /, indicated: artistic biography of the group, video, color photo images and promotional materials, address, phone, fax and e-mail address.
Selection of the groups will be providing from Art Council by the following criteria:
Compliance of the application with the conditions of the regulation;
Riches of the creative biography;
Originality in costumes, dances, songs and orchestra;
Participation in other international events;
Participation in other events and festivals of "EUROGRADE" Ltd
It is recommended for the children's ensembles to be presented with live orchestra, or only studio CD or Mini CD.
The group, which are approved by the Arts Council will be informed to 20.04.2015, and in the same time must to submit the festival fee of the above bank accounts.
ORGANIZATION:
The programs for the individual performances and those for the days of competition will be handed to the groups on the day of their arrival. The organizers reserve the right to change the individual programs when necessary after their distribution.
Within each WSE competition session will be performed concerts on an outdoor summer stage in the towns of Primorsko and Kiten, as well as on outdoor stages in the area of the municipality.
Before the start of the concerts, during each competition day, the groups will march on the main streets of the town of Primorsko. Defiles will be guarded by patrol cars of the Ministry of Interior.
The jury, together with its President will be appointed by the organizing committee of the competition session. It will be formed by proven professionals of culture and arts: directors, ballet-masters, choreographers, artists, singers and pedagogues.
The jury has the right not to award all prizes; to share the prizes between the participants; to award special prizes and incentives.
Establishment of special prizes such as „For the most attractive performance", „For choreography", „For the youngest performer", „For master performance"; „For mass performance", etc.
The jury will select the winners by qualifying them based on a ten-score system by each of the above criteria. The minimum number of scores is 4, and the maximum - 40. The overall performance of the group / soloist will be qualified.
The winner is the participant who has collected the greatest number of scores and the same will win the prize „WSE CHAMPION" for the relevant session.
The results of each competition session are valid for the final ranking of the champions for the prize „WSE ABSOLUTE CHAMPION". In the championship rank list are included all winners of the WSE during the respective year, and in the final ranking will be used also the results of the audience voting given at: www.eurogradebg.com . Voting for the WSE Absolute Champion is opened after the end of the last competition session for the respective year.
Participant will be awarded with diplomas: Laureate I, II, III degree and medals that will be bestowed at the closing of each competition session.
Video and photo capture of all public performances of the groups. The same will be broadcasted through the World Wide Web on the WSE TV channel.
(The organizers reserve the right to make any kind of recording, broadcasting, filming and distribution of materials without paying any rights or benefits).
The agenda of each WSE competition session will include: Discotheque „ Neptune Evening", competition"Miss and Mister", FLASHMOB events.
Participants are provided with accommodation and three meals against payment at hotels and holiday homes of category 2, 3 and 4 * in the town of Primorsko. Requests for valid offers and information about accommodation can be mailed to: office@eurogradebg.com.A group of 20 people there is a free place (21 - st) for group leaders and accompanying persons.

Οδηγίες
Το φεστιβάλ δεν έχει ανταγωνιστικό χαρακτήρα. Σε αυτό μπορούν να συμμετέχουν χορευτικά συγκροτήματα, φωνητικές ομάδες, οργανοπαίκτες και σολίστες. Δεν υπάρχουν περιορισμούς στον αριθμό στα συγκροτήματα, τα οποία παρουσιάζονται και στον αριθμό των συμμετοχών σε κάθε σχήμα.Οι ηγέτες των ομάδων ορίζουν από μόνο τους το δικό τους πρόγραμμα της συναυλίας. Είναι επιθυμητό η μουσική συνοδεία να είναι ορχήστρα από παραδοσιακά ή σύγχρονα μουσικά όργανα αλλά επιτρέπονται και άλλους φορείς: СD, miniCD, USB.
Στα πλαίσια του Φεστιβάλ κάθε ομάδα δέχεται συμμετοχή σε:
Πομπές στους κεντρικούς δρόμους της πόλης του Πριμόρσκο
Επίσημες εορταστικές συναυλίες κατά την Έναρξη και το Κλείσιμο του φεστιβάλ
Βραδινές συναυλίες (από τις 2 μέχρι τις 4) κατά τη διάρκεια της εβδομάδας του Φεστιβάλ
Καθημερινές κοινές εκδηλώσεις μεταξύ των ομάδων των διάφορων χωρών (ανταλλαγή εμπιρείας, διαγωνισμούς, παιχνίδια, ντίσκο)
Πρόγραμμα ψυχαγωγίας “Ημέρα της χώρας” (τα συγκροτήματα επιδεικνύουν χαρακτηριστικά για την χώρα τους παιχνίδια, τραγούδια, χόρους και άλλα)

Purpose of the competition (WSE):
By promoting the contemporary and traditional folk arts to preserve the diversity of the main traditional valuables and the identity of various nationalities in order to ensure the preservation and cultivation of all mankind;
To give the chance to a significant number of children and young people to manifest their talents and to contribute for their engagement in constructive creative activities as a preventive measure in the fight against vicious additions (cigarettes, alcohol, drugs, etc.) and aggression;
Exchange of creative information and development of achievements in different dance and musical styles.

Participants in the festival:
The festival is open for everyone: individuals, community centers, Youth Homes, Palaces
of Children, private schools, studios, clubs and others.
Age categories:
1. Category to 8 years old.
2. Category to 12 years old.
3. Category more than 12 years old.
4. Category more than 20 years old, without restrictions.
We allow mixing the age categories with 50%, as the small age is moving into the next category
Aim of the organizers:
To give a chance for the talented children and adults to fully express their talents. Growth and popularization of arts, exchange of creative information, seminars for better growth of the arts.
Form of the festival: The festival has a competitive character !
IN THE FESTIVAL ARE INCLUDED ALSO OTHER TYPES OF ART!
- Fashion Theatre, an experimental genre, circus show, ground acrobatics, aerobics, martial arts, attractions and more.

- Solo, Duet, Trio
- Small groups – 4-8 people
- Formation - more than 9 people
- the groups presents dances or compositions with a duration of 12 min. (or less) per category, /composition or 2-3 dances/
WARNING: In any difficult decision of the jury, will be conducting additional ranking, for which the groups must be ready with one additional dance or demonstration to 2 minutes!:
- music holders must be on a CD’s burned on audio format
* incorrect submission of the duration of the performances will be penalized with stopping at the 12 minute.

- paintings are being paint during the festival, technique and theme are free to choose. The organizers assure only thick drawing paper. The works will be arrange in a exhibition.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. The organizers are keeping the right of recording and broadcast the performances from the festival.
2. The managers of the collectives have responsibility about accidents and injuries of their performers.
3. The expenses for all staying period to the collectives and the persons who is accompanying them (travel, staying and nights) are for expense of the participants.
4. The expenses for prizes, technical, stage and medical services are secure by the organizers.
5. The managers of the collectives are been kept responsible for the behavior of their collectives during the event, if necessary paying the damage caused to the hotels and accommodations
6. The participants are responsible for their costumes, properties and their personal things.
7. For taking place at the festival THE MUSIC CARRIER MUST BE ON CD’s.
8. Program of the festival is determined by the organization and production team and is not subject to any comment. To participate in the Gala Concert are allowed collectives and individual performers who
had taken the first places in their categories and proposed by the jury for the Gala concert.
9. Performances in Solo and Duets section shall not exceed 2 minutes!!!
10. By filing the application, you acknowledge and agree with the terms of the festival.
11. Providing accommodation in Bansko resort only with in advance application.
12. Accommodation in hotels: price for person: 23 euro per day / night, breakfast, lunch and dinner/
The prices are net preferential only for the participants of the festival
For groups of 15 people - 1 instructor is free of.
Period for submission of final booking - 30 days before arrival.
Additional reservations are accepted after the final order only if there is spare capacity in the hotels.

В фестиваль , кроме конкурсной программы, включены и
семинари с ведущими специалистами.
Дискотеки каждый вечер!!!
ОБЩИЕ УСЛОВИЯ
1.Организаторы оставляют за собой право записывать и использовать запись выступления на фестивале.
2. Руководители коллективов отвечают за безопасность,нещастные случаи и поведение своих подопечных, оплачивают ущерб нанесенный отелям.
3. Расходы по пребыванию коллективов и сопровождающих лиц – за свой счет .
4. Расходы за наградной фонд, техническое и сценичное обеспечение берут на себя организаторы.
5. Участники отвечают за свои костюмы, реквизит и личные вещи.
6. Для участия в фестивале МУЗЬІКАЛЬНЬІЕ НОСИТЕЛИ должны быть на СД.
7. К участию в Гала концерти приглашаются коллективы и индивидуальные исполнители заняли призовые места и предложенные от жури фестиваля.
8. Ваша заявка на участие в фестивале, является декларацией того, что вы согласны с условиями фестиваля .
9. Поселение в отель только по предварительным заявкам.
10.Поселение в отель 3- 4-5 звезд , только по предварительным заявкам.
Отели: 3* и 4*
Цена на день – 23 евро / завтрак, обед, ужин и ночевка/
На группу от 15 человек – 1 руководитель- безплатное проживание.
Окончательная резервация отеля - 20 дней перед приездом.
Дополнительные резервации принимаются после окончательной резервации отеля только при наличии свободных мест.
11. Организаторы планируют дополнительные мероприятия:
- дискотеки для всех участников фестиваля.
- семинары для руководителей и участников.
- концерты на открытой сцене.

Фестивальный сбор : 20 евро на человека
Фестивальный сбор дает право конкурсанту участвовать во всех танцевальных стилях , дополнительно оплачивается участие в категории - соло-дует / 5 евро - за каждую хореографию/танец//.
Фестивальный сбор- индидивуальные исполнители Раздел музыка : 22 евро
Фестивальный сбор не платят: руководители , помощник руководители коллективов, водители и медицинские лица!
Сопровождающие лица - оплачивают фестивальный сбор в размере – 18 евро на человека.
ВАЖНО:
Мы высылаем вам приглашение от Министерства Культуры Р.Болгарии,
с этим приглашением вы можете подавать документы на безплатые визы в конскульство Болгарии. Решение о выдаче безплатных виз принимает консульство Р.Болгарии.
